At the Kaffee&Kreuzfahrt location in Weil am Rhein, advise customers on individually tailored cruises and support them before, during and after their journeys. You will develop knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, routes and travel partners, handle consultations in person and by telephone or email, manage the booking process, respond to enquiries, work with booking systems, monitor bookings, complete administrative tasks, attend training and information trips, and optionally contribute to social media. The company is looking for applicants with completed tourism training or relevant studies and solid professional experience, ideally in travel sales, enthusiasm for cruises, customer consultation and sales experience, destination, cruise line and travel service knowledge, organisational skills, communication ability, flexibility, team spirit, and confidence in German and another language. Full-time and part-time positions are available depending on the position and responsibilities.
