Established mid-sized law firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks a junior corporate associate with about three to five years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, or general corporate matters. Responsibilities include managing M&A matters from due diligence through closing, supporting corporate, project finance, and banking transactions, advising on entity formation, governance, and commercial contracts, and collaborating directly with partners and clients. Candidates need a top law school J.D., BigLaw or equivalent experience, New York bar admission, and a demonstrated interest in international legal work is a plus. Base salary is $190,000 to $215,000, with two remote days per week and a 1,700 to 2,000-hour expectation.
