BDA Partners is recruiting interns for its Mumbai office for a paid internship lasting 3 to 6 months, with the exact arrangement to be agreed mutually. Successful candidates will support the execution of mergers, acquisitions and divestments as part of the deal team. Responsibilities include research and analysis of target profiles, industries, potential buyers, comparable companies and transactions, drafting pitch books and marketing materials, attending client and counterparty meetings, preparing meeting notes, and supporting other M&A advisory activities.
