BDA Partners is seeking highly motivated Intern-Analysts for its New York office. The role provides project management and execution support on complex cross-border transactions involving Asia, including sellside, buyside and capital raising assignments. Duties include preparing financial models, valuation analyses, marketing documentation and research, drafting pitch books and transaction marketing materials, and attending client and counterparty meetings. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication and financial skills, advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word knowledge, an interest in Asia and Asian M&A, fluency in English, and eligibility to work in the US. Prior finance or banking experience is highly desirable. Outstanding candidates may be considered for full-time conversion.
