BDA Partners is seeking an intern for its Ho Chi Minh City office for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 4 to 6 months, starting in late August or early September. The role provides project management and execution support on complex transactions and involves preparing financial models, valuation analyses, marketing documentation and research. Responsibilities include researching target, industry and buyer profiles, conducting valuation analyses, drafting pitch and marketing materials, attending meetings, and preparing meeting notes. Candidates should be motivated, analytical, proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, able to maintain confidentiality, interested in Asian M&A and fluent in English. Candidates in their penultimate or final year at university receive priority. Other Asian language capabilities are favourable. Outstanding candidates may be considered for an extended internship or full-time conversion.
