Supports the origination and execution of M&A, ECM and Leveraged Finance transactions, coordinates across transaction parties, prepares presentations and deal pitches, researches companies and industries, develops complex financial models and valuation analyses, provides industry intelligence and competitive analysis, and works with senior banking professionals to manage client relationships and deliverables. Requires a bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, analytical and quantitative skills, teamwork, attention to detail, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and an understanding of accounting and valuation. Series 63, 79 and SIE registrations are required. The expected starting salary range is $110,000 to $130,000 annually.
