BreastScreen Victoria is seeking expressions of interest for two vacant Board positions. Board members oversee governance, strategic direction, culture, compliance, finance and risk management. Applicants should have high-level skills, experience and knowledge in governance, strategic decision making, compliance, accounting and finance, legal responsibilities, risk management, managing people and achieving change, and not-for-profit population screening. Preferred candidates will bring expertise in information technology, digital transformation or digital disruption, or clinical expertise in breast cancer screening or treatment, with demonstrated interest and experience in improving the client or patient experience. Formal Board governance qualifications and experience on a public or not-for-profit Board are highly regarded. Board members are ministerially appointed for three-year terms, with the potential for a maximum of two further terms, and are expected to participate in Board and committee meetings, induction and training activities.
