Full-time experienced host or hostess role requiring more than 3 years of experience with strong service and sales skills. Duties include greeting customers, assisting with reservations, guiding guests to tables, providing wait time estimates, seating guests, providing menus, answering questions, optimizing seating, answering phones, scheduling reservations for large parties, and cleaning menus and wine and dessert lists. Requires a high school diploma or GED, hospitality customer service experience, a positive attitude, communication and phone etiquette skills, flexibility with alternating shifts, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
