Full-time experienced bartender role requiring more than 5 years of experience with strong service and sales skills. Duties include verifying customer identification and age, mixing traditional and creative cocktails, processing payments, cleaning the bar area and utensils, making recommendations based on customer preferences, balancing cash receipts, preparing deposits, and providing customer service. Requires mixology knowledge, understanding of flavor pairings, customer service and social perceptiveness, inventory and payment accountability, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
