MESA Links is seeking mission-driven educators across three Brooklyn campuses for math, science, English, social studies, world languages, and arts. Responsibilities include designing and teaching five sections within a block schedule, using Universal Design for Learning, building relationships with students, participating in meetings and professional development, communicating regularly with caregivers, holding weekly office hours, maintaining Advisor duties, and completing other duties assigned by the Principal. An optional one-week Intersession enrichment program is available with an additional stipend. Applicants need a minimum Bachelor's degree in the subject area, with a Master's degree preferred. At least three years of teaching experience in an urban public or charter school setting is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate high achievement in the classroom, commitment to accountability, alignment with MESA's values and educational philosophy, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Valid New York State certification is strongly preferred. Spanish, Chinese, Haitian Creole, Russian, and Arabic speakers are a strong plus. Salary is $60,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
