Support the Director of External Affairs and Communications across storytelling, enrollment communications, community engagement, donor and board-facing materials, and daily brand execution. Responsibilities include developing the annual impact report, drafting newsletters and website, social media, press, and donor content, collecting campus stories and media, managing social media platforms, monitoring engagement metrics, updating website content, organizing media assets, and supporting recruitment materials, application reminder campaigns, translated materials, and SchoolMint communications. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or rising college senior status, availability to work in person 3 to 5 days per week, at least two years of community work experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, initiative, the ability to work independently, alignment with MESA's values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and Spanish fluency as a plus.
