Sayer Haworth is seeking a Head of Treasury to lead the Treasury and Structured Finance function for a leading UK financial services organisation. The role involves developing and executing treasury strategy across funding, liquidity management, hedging, interest rate risk management, and structured finance activities. Responsibilities include leading funding and liquidity strategies, managing treasury operations and refinancing, overseeing structured finance and ABS funding programmes, managing investor, regulatory, banking, rating agency and audit relationships, supporting retail savings and deposit funding capabilities, overseeing liquidity stress testing and contingency funding planning, driving treasury innovation, and leading and developing the Treasury and Structured Finance team. The successful candidate will bring significant Treasury leadership experience within banking, financial services, asset finance or structured finance, expertise in liquidity management, ALM, interest rate risk, funding and hedging, experience with structured finance and securitisation programmes, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in complex regulated environments. ACT, ACA or ACCA qualifications would be advantageous.
