Own the core platform, infrastructure and reliability, ensuring the foundation for all products is stable, secure and ready to scale. Lead Platform, Database and DevSecOps teams, modernise and automate infrastructure, improve observability, reliability and security, embed DevSecOps and Platform Engineering practices, and support AI-native engineering. The role requires 8 to 12+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, SRE or related engineering leadership roles in scaling SaaS or PaaS environments, experience with complex high-load platforms, modern cloud infrastructure, DevOps or DevSecOps, observability and reliability engineering, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
