Lead the technology vision and execution across Product, Engineering, Platform and Data. The role focuses on modernising product leadership, engineering practices, software, infrastructure and organisational design, embedding AI-native engineering and DevSecOps, improving platform stability and predictable delivery, and increasing innovation capacity. The role requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, 10+ years of technical leadership experience, experience in high-load B2B SaaS or PaaS environments, a background in software and infrastructure modernisation, organisational transformation experience, strong communication and people leadership skills, stakeholder collaboration skills, and fluency in English.
