Support business-critical trading, risk and market-data applications in a hands-on role spanning front-office technology, production support, data operations and automation. Responsibilities include first- and second-line support, incident investigation, system monitoring, trade processing, market-data checks, reconciliations, data validation, reporting, testing and deployment of automation, data and AI-enabled solutions. Requirements include at least 2 years of production application support or incident troubleshooting experience, SQL, knowledge of databases and production environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and basic financial markets knowledge. Mandarin proficiency is required.
