SpaceLocker is seeking an intern to help develop and maintain a web application for generating mission operation instructions in an aerospace context. The role includes front-end and back-end development, code reviews, testing, debugging, and working with Microsoft Azure and GitLab CI/CD pipelines alongside the Ground Software lead and software engineering team. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field, with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end programming such as Python or Node.js, familiarity with Git, and an interest in cloud computing, web development frameworks, and CI/CD. Bonus skills include Rust or Golang, Infrastructure as Code, and aerospace or mission operations experience. The role requires a proactive, collaborative, communicative, and curious approach.
