Manage an energy-focused trading book covering refined products, natural gas, and power; manage risk and active strategies; analyze supply and demand, storage, weather, geopolitical developments, and regulation; interpret price action, spreads, and order flow; and develop and refine discretionary or systematic-informed strategies. The ideal candidate has energy trading experience, a proven PnL record or senior strategy leadership experience, a defined discretionary edge, knowledge of energy market structure, and at least three years of verified risk-adjusted profitability. The role may be hybrid from Chicago or White Plains, New York, or remote. The approximate annual base compensation range is $72,000 to $120,000, plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
