Manage an FX-focused trading book, collaborate with the trading desk, analyze market trends and order flow, develop and refine trading strategies, monitor macroeconomic and geopolitical developments, conduct research, manage risk and PnL, and grow the business through mentorship. Candidates should have at least two years of verified risk-adjusted profitability in FX markets, strong product knowledge and market insight, proficiency with trading platforms and market data tools, and the ability to manage and communicate risk. The role requires a strong in-person presence at the White Plains, New York office. The approximate annual base compensation range is $72,000 to $120,000, plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
