Build and grow a Brazilian rates trading business, trade DI futures and related rates products, manage a Brazilian rates trading book, generate risk-adjusted returns, manage active strategies, and collaborate with the trading desk. Candidates should have three to five years of profitable trading experience in Brazilian fixed-income markets, expertise in directional and curve-based strategies, and an understanding of Brazil's debt auction process and its impact on DI products. The role may be hybrid or in person in Chicago, New York, or Boston, with remote work considered for top candidates. The approximate annual base compensation range is $72,000 to $120,000, plus benefits and discretionary bonus.
