The Tagesstätte for adults with chronic multiple impairments and addiction provides daily support and structured activities. Responsibilities include developing person-centred support plans according to BRP or TIB, providing key-worker support and counselling to people with addiction and complex social and psychological difficulties, accompanying clients to doctors and authorities, cooperating with relatives and external professionals, coordinating support, preparing reports and computer-based documentation, and attending weekly team meetings. Applicants need at least a successfully completed three-year training programme in occupational therapy, art therapy or a comparable qualification, readiness to work with people affected by addiction, teamwork skills, resilience, very good communication skills, PC skills, a reflective and appreciative approach, and solution and resource-oriented working methods. The role is a sickness cover position in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen, with 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday, pay aligned with TV-L pay grade EG 8, 30 days of holiday, occupational pension provision, supervision, training opportunities, and an experienced team.
