Loan Factory is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance and Capital Markets to lead financial operations and secondary market execution. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, cash flow management, budgeting, loan pricing, rate sheet development, loan sales, investor and warehouse lender relationships, hedging strategies, risk management, systems optimization, automation, and team development. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 8 to 12 or more years of mortgage finance experience with exposure to accounting and secondary markets, knowledge of GAAP and internal controls, expertise in mortgage secondary markets, loan pricing, and hedging, warehouse line and investor relationship experience, leadership experience, and familiarity with mortgage loan origination systems, pricing engines, and financial systems. Strong proficiency with modern technology platforms and experience using or adopting AI tools for financial analysis, forecasting, pricing optimization, and reporting automation are required. Compensation is $130,000 to $150,000 base plus performance bonus, with RSU options, health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and sick leave.
