Provide human capital guidance from headquarters on high-visibility and strategic initiatives. Drive higher-leverage outcomes across the operating model, leadership capability, and change, rather than day-to-day HR execution. Responsibilities include succession planning, organizational design, change management support, executive and leadership coaching, leadership assessments, 9-box assessments for individual contributors, compensation and performance calibrations, team-building and leadership development sessions, company-wide communications, complex employee relations, HR metrics reviews and action plans, workforce planning and budgeting, support for regional leadership teams, and integrations and tuck-in support. The role requires strategic problem-solving, influence, program delivery, and comfort working with senior leaders. Base compensation is $140,000 to $171,000. The position reports to the COO, CEO, or Managing Partner of the firm, with a dotted line to the Senior Director, Human Capital Strategy at CretePA.
