Growing Manhattan real estate law firm seeks an experienced commercial litigator focused on commercial and real estate litigation. Responsibilities include handling sophisticated matters, drafting pleadings, briefs, substantive motions, and other litigation documents, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, making court appearances, developing case strategy, and managing matters throughout the litigation cycle. Candidates need at least seven years of litigation experience, significant New York State Supreme Court experience, and strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Base salary is $180,000 to $250,000, plus a bonus of about five percent of base salary, benefits, approximately 1,700 annual billable hours, and four days in office per week.
