T & G Engineering is looking for a dynamic skilled CNC Grinder to join its team of engineers. The role involves programming, setting and operating CNC grinding machines, using measuring equipment to check components, producing machine programmes for new products, working on highly complex components while adhering to GD&T and technical documentation, and maintaining quality and safety standards. High-end CNC grinding experience is essential, along with the ability to read complex technical drawings with GD&T, operate Studer grinding machines, good organisational skills, and a passion for engineering. Training and development are available for the right candidate. The role offers a competitive hourly rate depending on experience, a clean, modern, air-conditioned workshop, free on-site parking, stable long-term employment, 39 hours per week, overtime at time and a half, 23 days' holiday plus English public and bank holidays, a company pension scheme and a private healthcare scheme subject to normal conditions for new employees.
