Based in Rotterdam, the Chief Product & Technical Officer leads the technology vision and execution at Last Mile Solutions. The role embeds a product and partner-led strategy across Product, Engineering, Platform and Data, improves platform stability and performance, modernises software, infrastructure and organisational design, increases innovation capacity, and advances AI-native engineering. Responsibilities include scaling a product and partner-led operating model, applying modern architecture and DevSecOps practices, enabling predictable delivery, leading Product and Technology as a business capability, and building teams with clear ownership and accountability. Applicants should have a relevant Bachelor or Master degree, 10+ years of technical leadership experience, experience in a high-load B2B SaaS or PaaS environment, a background in modernising software and infrastructure, experience driving organisational transformation to DevSecOps, strong people and change leadership skills, and fluency in English.
