Our client is looking to appoint a commercially focused CFO to capitalise on the company's excellent reputation across the healthcare sector. The role involves setting up policies and procedures to monitor agency staff use at service level, helping to minimise agency staffing costs, negotiating key supplier contracts to deliver annual savings, monitoring and reviewing KPI exception reports to improve profitability, dealing with banks, auditors and other external parties, and overseeing the company's growing property portfolio, including acquisitions, new builds, rental income, financing, negotiations and project completion on time and to budget. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a similar CFO or senior financial management role, preferably with a well-respected healthcare provider, along with excellent people management and leadership skills and strong business and commercial acumen. The role is based in the UK South East and offers circa £80,000 basic salary plus corporate benefits.
