Rare opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist in general adult and forensic psychiatry with a well-respected independently owned mental health provider. The role involves managing a caseload of patients in a general adult and forensic mental health low secure hospital in the North West, working closely with an established multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes, representing the organisation to local commissioners, and maintaining exceptional clinical care. Reporting to the group's Medical Director, the role includes a small amount of on-call work. The successful candidate will help support the provider's growth and development of additional services. Candidates should have consultant-level experience in general adult or forensic psychiatry, with at least two to three years of experience preferred, and ideally some interest or experience working with patients in a secure mental health setting. Approved clinician status is required.
