Help patients access the right care quickly and easily by working with GP practices to guide them to suitable services, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists and community support. Duties include booking appointments, answering queries, supporting patients with online services, promoting self-care and signposting to local health and wellbeing resources. Requirements include GCSE passes at Grade C or above or equivalent experience, good communication and organisational skills, and basic IT skills for managing appointments and online systems. Training will be provided, with opportunities to develop further skills in patient care and service navigation.
