Under the supervision of registered or enrolled nurses, participate as a member of the Care Team to ensure residents receive a high standard of care. Responsibilities include carrying out procedures within your competence, reporting to senior staff, helping residents retain their dignity and individuality, supporting treatment and rehabilitation, safeguarding residents' property, carrying out household duties, assisting with meals, following operational and fire procedures, reporting accidents and incidents, attending training, and implementing quality initiatives.
