Join the Prema team as a friendly, reliable, and organized boutique associate supporting a curated retail space. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases and inquiries, maintaining boutique presentation and inventory, supporting Shopify operations and online orders, collaborating with the team, and opening and closing. Requirements include at least 2 years of retail experience, ideally in a curated boutique or beauty-focused environment, Shopify backend experience, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, knowledge of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands, and flexible availability for 8 to 12 hours per week with some shift coverage as needed. Pay is $20 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience. Includes 8 classes per month at Prema and a 15% discount on select boutique items.
