Support the opening of Prema's new Upstate shop in a customer-facing, hands-on role focused on daily store operations and creating a welcoming, community-centered environment. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, supporting sales floor flow and merchandising, operating the POS and managing Shopify transactions, maintaining inventory and back-of-house organization, receiving, tagging and restocking products, upholding the space's aesthetic and energetic feel, assisting with occasional in-store events, and opening and closing. At least 2 years of retail customer service experience, Shopify experience, and weekend availability are required. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, independent working ability, and collaboration skills are also required. Interest in wellness, beauty, or thoughtfully curated goods is a plus. The shop is open Thursday through Sunday, with 2 to 3 shifts per week from 11am to 6:30pm and potential for additional hours as the shop grows. Pay is $20 to $24 per hour, commensurate with experience. Includes discounts on retreats and classes at Prema North and 15% off select boutique items.
