St Vincent’s College is seeking a professional, enthusiastic and student-focused Boarding Coordinator to join the Boarding team on a full-time basis. The role operates on a regular roster and includes on-site accommodation. Supporting the Dean of Boarding, responsibilities include ensuring the well-being, safety, pastoral and academic care of boarders, supervising daily boarding routines and study, maintaining records and rolls, administering medications as required, communicating with parents and staff, supporting weekend activities, undertaking safety drills, and helping maintain the boarding environment. Applicants require a current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid certifications, or willingness to undertake them, with other relevant qualifications in areas such as nursing, teaching, youth work, residential care or adolescent health welcomed. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, ICT, teamwork and organisational skills, an understanding of adolescent development, and a commitment to the Catholic ethos and care of adolescent girls.
