TIF is seeking four Non-Executive Directors to steward the organisation’s purpose, culture and long-term sustainability. Directors contribute skills, experiences and perspectives while supporting governance, strategy and stakeholder engagement. This is an active Board role requiring approximately six or more hours per month. TIF is seeking people energised by early-stage growth, comfortable with ambiguity, and interested in building systems, culture and impact from the ground up.
