Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under German commercial law, manage the accounting and valuation of assets and provisions, prepare reports and analyses for management and investors, handle tax filings and declarations in cooperation with tax advisers, support auditors, tax advisers and external partners, contribute to group consolidation and internal allocations, and improve accounting processes and internal controls. Requirements include completed commercial training and qualification as a certified balance sheet accountant or equivalent, several years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or an audit-related environment, sound HGB and tax law knowledge, very good MS Office and DATEV skills, analytical thinking, a structured and reliable working style, initiative, teamwork, responsibility, very good German and good English.
