Coordinate examination and participation processes with internal and external partners and advisers. Represent the owner in managing real estate portfolios and implementing property strategies, act as the main contact for service providers, support property acquisitions, prepare purchase and sale opportunities, commission and oversee maintenance measures, monitor commercial budgets and property strategies, conduct documented property inspections and construction appointments, and support new construction projects and warranty cases. The role requires a relevant degree or training in real estate, construction or business administration, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of applicable standards and laws, tenancy and contract law, MS Office, and very good German and English.
