Provides counselling services to clients who have lost loved ones, helping them reach their own resolutions and offering guidance in light of the Holy Quran. Relevant experience is necessary, while candidates with A levels, GCSEs, equivalent qualifications or a degree and similar experience are preferred. Duties include counselling individuals, couples and families, helping clients discuss and understand their problems, providing step by step support after bereavement, offering guidance following the death of a child or an unexpected death, presenting different perspectives, referring clients to other sources of help when necessary, and keeping records confidential.
