Join Heitman's Financial Operations & Analysis team in a hybrid role based in the Chicago office, with three days spent working in the office each week. Responsibilities include applying accounting principles and financial analysis, calculating property and debt valuations and investment performance metrics, reviewing and approving accounting transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and waterfall calculations, and reviewing financial statements, supporting schedules and related footnotes. Candidates should have a degree in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate, 0 to 2 years of experience, analytical, project and time management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines, strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, a willingness to develop creative solutions, and fundamental knowledge of Excel.
