Join Heitman's London-based team supporting a diverse portfolio of real estate investments across alternative sectors in the UK and Europe. Responsibilities include supporting asset management activities, executing investment-level business plans, contributing to budgets and valuations, monitoring investment performance, updating financial models and projections, preparing quarterly reporting and senior leadership materials, participating in site visits, overseeing third parties, performing financial modelling and scenario analysis, supporting hold or sell analyses, refinancing and exit strategies, and maintaining relationships with joint venture partners, consultants and service providers. Candidates should have 0 to 3 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment or a related field, strong analytical and financial modelling skills with Excel proficiency, experience in budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking, excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a collaborative, proactive approach. Experience with alternative real estate sectors, Argus or Power BI is advantageous. The role is based in London and requires occasional travel within the UK and Europe.
