New associates receive competitive compensation, a bar stipend covering bar examination, moving, and living expenses while studying for the bar, plus benefits including a 401(k) plan with employer contribution, health and dental plans, group life insurance, long term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, payment of annual state and county bar dues, paid parking or a transportation stipend, and training.
