Develop your sourdough baking skills through hands-on techniques and insights. Participants can bring an active starter and proofed dough, or a home-baked sourdough loaf to taste and analyse together. The workshop costs €95 per person, with a €30 deposit. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks are provided.
