Full-time Project Manager responsible for managing multiple small to midsize retail projects, coordinating administrative and technical efforts, and serving as the primary client liaison. Duties include managing schedules, budgets and scopes of work, estimating fees, preparing proposals and contracts, supervising and delegating to team members, coordinating with clients, consultants and agencies, overseeing design and technical quality, reviewing documents and cost estimates, resolving approval and construction issues, and monitoring project profitability. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in architecture with five plus years of experience, project management and construction administration experience, proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch-Up, design creativity, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently on construction documents. A master's degree in architecture, commercial project experience and pursuit of professional licensure are preferred.
