Act as the technical expert in Mechanical, Electrical or Structural engineering and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects. Responsibilities include engineering design, reviewing project scope and fees, participating in project kick-off meetings, delegating and reviewing intern work, completing projects within budget and schedule, assisting with project status and budget reviews, supporting change of service processes, reviewing shop drawings and submittals during construction, following quality assurance procedures, researching building codes and industry products, and supervising Engineering Designers. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited university, four to six years of design experience, and proficiency with software including Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, Professional Engineer or Structural Engineer licensure, and maintaining an engineering licence in at least one state.
