Co-manage CICA's clinical operations while providing clinical supervision to independently licensed clinicians, developing training and continuing education opportunities, creating programs and policies to improve clinical care, supporting staff morale and advocacy, and maintaining a client-facing caseload. Responsibilities include maintaining at least 24 psychotherapy cases, developing clinical department strategies, supporting recruitment, consulting with Clinical Supervisors, supervising Clinicians and Clinical Interns, responding to clinical crises, conducting reviews, maintaining clinical documentation, attending meetings and consultations, and meeting weekly productivity targets. Requires current independent licensure in Psychology or Social Work, a PsyD or PhD, at least four years of post-licensure experience, and at least three years of direct supervision experience. Preferred qualifications include strong communication, organizational and leadership skills, problem-solving ability, collaboration, and a commitment to multicultural inclusion. This is a benefits-eligible W-2 position offering $125,000 to $162,000 per year, medical, vision and dental insurance, parking and commuter benefits, FSA and DCA accounts, paid time off, professional liability insurance, no on-call shifts, back-office support, continuing education reimbursement after six months, and bonus or incentive eligibility after twelve months with a full active caseload.
