Lead a class of 17 children from Year 1, design and lead project-based teaching, communicate subject content clearly, create a positive learning atmosphere, support each child's academic, social and personal development, and maintain regular communication with parents. The role requires primary school teaching experience with the first and second state examinations, a teaching master's degree, or a relevant educational or pedagogical qualification. Creativity, teamwork, openness to diverse learning styles and Montessori-oriented methods, motivation for professional development, and written and spoken Arabic or Turkish are required.
