Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern aged 6 to 12 in lessons and afternoon school activities, accompaniment during lunch, study periods, clubs, free play and projects, planning and delivery of varied holiday activities, close cooperation with the school team and parents, and observation and documentation of children's development. The role requires completed educator training, at least two years of professional experience as an educator, enjoyment of working with children, responsibility, empathy, teamwork, communication skills and commitment. The position offers permanent employment on a part-time or full-time basis, TV-L tariff remuneration, flat hierarchies, short decision-making routes, professional development opportunities and modern classrooms with strong Wi-Fi and a smartboard in every class. Full-time work is 39.4 hours per week, alternatively part-time work up to 35 hours per week. The contract term is one year and working hours are 07:30 to 16:00.
