Details.
Previous horeca experience is not required, as training is provided. The role suits people who can multitask, manage stress during busy shifts, plan and optimise their workflow, prepare ingredients, and maintain general kitchen cleanliness. Russian is sufficient for the Kitchen team, while Dutch is encouraged but not mandatory. Kitchen team members work morning and evening shifts, regularly work on either Saturday or Sunday, and can develop their hard and soft skills through internal training, tests, and qualifications. The work includes preparing food for multiple tables, ingredient preparation, kitchen organisation, and maintaining cleanliness during busy service.
