Maintain the security, safety, and welfare of staff and customers, and safeguard the client and Interr Security premises and reputation. The role includes acting as the first point of contact for security issues, responding to safety and emergency incidents and completing incident reports, patrolling premises, gathering data, managing access and egress, deterring theft, managing conflict, providing excellent customer service, responding to customer and client requests, and complying with site instructions, procedures, and policies. Applicants must hold an active Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence depending on the role specification, have demonstrable security sector and customer-facing experience, pass a five-year checkable history and reference, and have the right to work in the UK. Flexible start and finish times and shifts including Saturdays and Sundays are required.
