Lead the Faculty of Management and Technology programmes, oversee curriculum development, lead business educators and industry professionals, facilitate flexible learning, guide capstone projects, implement coursework-based assessments, and prepare students for advanced business and entrepreneurial roles. The role includes teaching 2 to 3 modules per semester, equivalent to 8 hours weekly, across Business Administration and Digital Entrepreneurship and eCommerce Management. Candidates need a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, professional or academic leadership experience, higher education teaching experience, business curriculum development expertise, module teaching competency, team leadership experience, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
