Lead the Master of Arts in Education programme, oversee curriculum development, guide faculty professional development, facilitate flexible learning, supervise research projects, implement coursework-based assessments, and support students pursuing advanced education careers. Candidates need a Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field, experience in educational management or academic leadership, higher education and postgraduate teaching experience, postgraduate curriculum development experience, expertise in at least two listed modules, academic team leadership experience, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
