Work on a casual basis at the fast-paced Tweed Heads branch, attending to customers' hire vehicle requirements and delivering quality service. Responsibilities include customer service, opening and closing rental agreements, selling additional rental products, managing reservations, checking and recording vehicle damage, cleaning and presenting vehicles, moving vehicles for refuelling or maintenance, reporting safety risks and incidents, and general branch cleaning. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in car rental, tourism, retail, customer service or sales, strong communication, customer service, sales, problem-solving and complaint-handling skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, strong organisation, flexibility across weekdays, weekends and public holidays, reliable transport, willingness to travel between locations, and a full current relevant state driver's licence.
